Cooked Pasta (water, Pasta [whole Durum Wheat Flour, Kashi Seven Whole Grain Blend (whole: Oats, Hard Red Wheat, Rye, Brown Rice, Triticale [hybrid Of Wheat And Rye], Dehulled Barley, Buckwheat)]), Broccoli, Tomatoes (ground Tomatoes, Tomato Puree, Salt), Water, Carrots, Red Bell Peppers, Diced Tomatoes (diced Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Calcium Chloride), Chablis Wine (wine, Salt), Yellow Squash, Parmesan Cheese (pasteurized Part-skim Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Edamame (soybeans), Cream, Basil, Tomatoes, Tomato Paste (tomatoes), Onions, Roasted Garlic, Garlic (garlic, Water), Rice Starch, Salt, Dried Cane Syrup, Oregano, Black Pepper.
Directions
Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking: Before you begin, read the cooking instructions from beginning to end. Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality, heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Prepare only one bag at a time. Never leave cooking appliance unattended during use. Children should be supervised. Microwave in Bag (Cooking instructions developed using an 1100 watt microwave. Adjustment to cooking time may be required. Appliance performance varies. Always follow manufacturer's instructions) (recommended method): 1. Place unopened bag this side up on microwave-safe plate. 2. Microwave on High for 10 minutes. 3. Let stand 1 minute in microwave to complete cooking. 4. Avoid squeezing the bag and handling bag near the steam release area as hot steam will escape there. Carefully pick up the bag. Use scissors to cut open bag along the top seal. 5. Pour into serving dish, stir and enjoy! Caution: Package and meal are hot. If mishandled or overheated, product can become extremely hot and cause burns. Use care when handling this product. On the Stove: 1. Cut open contents of bag with scissors, and pour the food into a 10 inch skillet. 2. Add 1/3 cup water and heat on medium high for 4 minutes covered. Stir occasionally. 3. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and let cook for 6 minutes. Stir occasionally. 4. Remove lid, stir and cook to desired consistency. 5. Pour meal onto plates and enjoy!
