How to Cook: Rinse einkorn in cold water before cooking. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add 1 cup of grain, cover and simmer for 25 to 35 minutes. Drain excess water and serve. Enjoy! Ready in about 35 mins. Einkorn is an organic agricultural product. Despite the use of modern cleaning equipment it is not always possible to remove all foreign material. Always rinse and sort einkorn before cooking. Store in a cool, dry place.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
