Bathing instructions: Normal Bathing: Dissolve 1/2 to entire contents of package into a bath of 97-102 degrees F water and soak for 20 minutes. For more sensitive skin start with 1 cup of salt per bath and work up to a comfortable level for your skin type. Relax and enjoy! Foot Bathing: Dissolve 1/2 - 2 cups of salt in a warm foot bath (approx 10 pints). Relax and soak the feet for 20 minutes, refreshing with warm water if needed.
Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
Good for 12 months once opened.
