For best results: preheat or precool bottle by filling it with hot water or ice water.
Let stand for five minutes.
Empty bottle and immediately fill with your favorite hot or cold food or beverage.
Note: your microwave times may vary.
Heating time will vary according to the food being heated and your microwave power output.
For hot foods: first place cold or room temperature food in your container.
With the lid off the container, place into microwave and heat for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes. Stir contents. Microwave for an additional 1-minute.
For cold foods: fill the food container with ice cold water and close. Let stand for 5-minutes. Remove water from the container and fill with your favorite cold food.
When filling container, leave sufficient space to insert top. Do not overfill. Ensure the top is securely tightened after filling.
Care & use of your new food container:
Your new food or beverage container is top-rack dishwasher safe.
Your food or beverage container can also be hand-washed or cleaned with baking soda solution.
Do not use bleach or cleansers containing chlorine to clean.
If your product includes a cup and stopper, when not in-use, store separately from your bottle.
