Cook thoroughly to: 165.0 degrees F for safety. Prepare: 1. Remove outer plastic netting and wrapper; 2. Drain juices and pat roast with paper towels (Not necessary if frozen); 3. Drain roast lightly with vegetable oil or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Additional basting is not necessary; 4. Stuff turkey breast just before roasting, if desired. Lightly fill rib and neck cavities and cover exposed stuffing with foil. To Roast: 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F; 2. Place prepared roast, skin side up, on flat roasting rack in 2nd deep open roasting pan; 3. Roast uncovered per guidelines below and to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees in center. Roasting time will vary if covered or placed in a n oven cooking bag; 4. Let breast stand 10 minutes before carving. Roasting Guidelines: Weight (Lbs): 3 to 5-1/2; Approximate Cooking Times: Unstuffed: 2- 2-1/2 hours; Stuffed: 2-1/4-2-3/4 hours; Weight (Lbs): 5-1/2 to 9; Approximate Cooking Times: Unstuffed: 2-1/2-3 hours; Stuffed: 3-1/2-4-1/2 hours. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. - Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
