Thawing instructions: remove desired number of shrimp from bag and place in a colander under cold running water for 5 minutes, stirring carefully to ensure even thawing. Or they may be placed in a bowl and thawed overnight in the refrigerator. Rinse before use. Do not refreeze thawed shrimp. Store in the refrigerator and use within 2 days.
