Directions
You Will Need: 1 lb. uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 cup hot water, 1-3/4 cups milk, 2 Tbsp. butter melted. 1. Heat oven to 425F. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces. Place chicken in ungreased 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.* Stir in entire packet of Seasoning until chicken is well coated. 2. Pour Rice & Vegetables into dish. Stir in water, milk and melted butter until blended. 3. Cover dish with foil. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from oven; carefully remove foil. Stir; let stand uncovered 5 minutes (sauce will thicken as it stands). Refrigerate leftovers. Whole Chicken Breast Option: You can also use whole boneless skinless chicken breasts. Place chicken in dish; coat each chicken breast with Seasoning until well coated. Continue as directed in steps 2 and 3. Bake until chicken is no longer pink in center (165F). Add a Fresh Twist: Stir in 1 cup chopped celery with the rice for a veggie boost. Stir in a dash of red pepper sauce if you want a hit of spice. *Dark or nonstick pan can also be used. Shiny metal pan is not recommended.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.
