Tilapia Fillets (Oreochromis Sp.), Carbon Monoxide (to Retain Color), Sodium Tripolyphosphates (To Retain Moisture).

Preparation instructions: Thaw before cooking (except when microwaving). Thawing Instructions: Place frozen fillets in refrigerator 10 to 12 hours before cooking. To "quick thaw," place bag into a container of room temperature water until fillets are thawed (approximately 5 to 10 minutes).
Fry: Preheat oil to 350 degrees. Prepare fillets for frying based on a favorite recipe. Place prepared fillets into pan and cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side. Fillets are cooked when the meat easily flakes apart with a fork.
Broil: set oven to broil and preheat broiler pan. Season fillets with salt, pepper, lemon, or other seasonings. Place fillet pan about 4 to 5 inches from heat and cook for 6 to 10 minutes, or until the fillets easily flake apart with a fork.
Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season fillets with salt, pepper, lemon, or other seasonings. Place fillets in an oiled oven-safe dish. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the fillets easily flake apart with a fork.
Grill: Season fillets with salt and pepper, as desired. Pre-heat grill. Place fillets on grill surface and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Fillets are cooked when the meat easily flakes apart with a fork.
Microwave: Place frozen fillets on a microwave-safe dish. On the highest temperature setting, cook for 4 to 6 minutes, or until the fillets easily flake apart with a fork. Cooking times may vary depending on number of fillets and the type of oven.
Keep frozen until ready to cook.
Do not refreeze once thawed.
