Malted Wheat Flour (wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour), Confectioner's Sugar (sucrose, Cornstarch), Sugar, Candy Cane Flakes (rice Syrup, Cane Sugar, Coconut Oil, Peppermint Oil, Beet Juice Concentrate, Soy Lecithin), Dextrose, Natural Flavors, Untreated Sea Salt.

Directions

Box includes 1-packet of each:

Snowball cookie mix & dusting sugar.

Preparation instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Let 1 1/2 sticks of butter sit out to reach room temperature. Spray two baking pans with non-stick baking spray or line with parchment paper.

Put softened butter in the bowl of an electric mixer. Add 1/3 cup of the snowball cookie mix and blend on medium high speed until smooth. Slowly add remaining snowball cookie mix and blend until thickened dough forms, about 1-2 minutes.

Roll dough into 1 1/4 inch balls. Place on prepared baking sheets and insert into oven. Let cook until cookies have turned slightly brown on top, about 15-17 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing cookies from the baking pan. Place cookies on wire racks to cool completely.

Pour contents of dusting sugar pouch into a deep bowl. Roll the cooled cookies in the dusting sugar, coating them evenly.

Makes 22 cookies.
