Organic Steel Cut Whole Grain Oats, Organic Milled Flaxseed, Organic Rolled Whole Grain Rye Flakes, Organic Whole Black Chia Seed.
Directions
Cooking: Stove Top: Heat water* and salt (optional) to a rapid boil. Slowly stir in Homestat Farm Organic Cereal. When cereal returns to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until desired consistency and tenderness, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cover until ready to serve. Microwave (1 Serving): Combine 1-1/4 cup water*, pinch of salt (optional) and 1/4 cup Homestat Farm Organic Cereal in a very large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High for 5 minutes. Stir thoroughly and microwave on High for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from microwave and allow to stand 1 minute before serving. Microwaves vary in size and power and the cooking cereal tends to expand quickly. Cooking times, power setting or the amount of water may need to be adjusted accordingly. Please watch closely during cooking. *For thicker cereal add less water. For thinner cereal add more water.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
