Mashed Potatoes (water, Dehydrated Potatoes: Potatoes, Antioxidant: Sodium Metabiulfite, Natural Flavorings), Wheat Flour, Spinach, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Salt, Acidity Regulator Lactic Acid, Preservative Potassium Sorbate
Directions
Do not cook in pouch.
Preparation of gnocchi.
Cooking instructions:
Remove from vacuum pouch. Add 1 lb. gnocchi to 4 quarts of rapidly boiling, slightly salted water. Boil for 3-4 minutes or until gnocchi float to top while stirring occasionally. Drain in colander. Serve with your favorite sauce and grated cheese. Remaining uncooked gnocchi should be sealed in plastic bag and place in freezer. Cook before eating.
Quick and easy garlic and oil sauce:
Prepare gnocchi as per above instructions. Saute 1 tsp. Bellino Minced Garlic in 1 cup Bellino Extra Virgin Olive Oil until golden brown. Add 2 cups of water. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Pour garlic and oil sauce over gnocchi. Sprinkle with shredded Romano cheese. Serves 3.
Quick and easy Alfredo sauce:
Prepare gnocchi as per above instructions. In a saucepan, slowly melt 6 tbsps. of unsalted butter. Add 1 cup light cream stirring continuously with a wooden spoon. Add 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese and continue stirring until hot. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. White pepper is optional. Serves 3.
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, store the product in the refrigerator for 3 days.
