Brown Sugar With Caramel Color, Spices, Salt, Worcestershire Sauce [Corn Syrup Solids, Caramel Color, Garlic, Sugar, Spices, Soy Sauce Solids (Wheat, Soybeans, Salt, Maltodextrin, Caramel Color), Palm Oil, Tamarind, Natural Flavor, Sulfiting Agent], Paprika, Garlic, Smoke Flavor (Maltodextrin, Hickory Smoke Flavor, Silicon Dioxide), Canola Oil.
Directions
BBQ pulled pork seasoning:
Time:
Prep time: 10 minutes.
Cooking time: 4-8 hours.
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Sauer's BBQ pulled pork slow cooker seasoning mix.
3 lbs pork roast.
1/2 cup ketchup.
1/2 cup cider vinegar.
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed.
Directions:
1. Place pork into slow cooker.
2. Mix seasoning with ketchup, vinegar, and brown sugar. Pour mixture over pork.
3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours until fork-tender, turn pork over half way through cooking. When done cooking, shred pork with two forks and mix with sauce in slow cooker. Place pork on serving platter. Makes 10 servings.
For best results, do not remove lid during cooking.
Variation:
Try with beef or chicken instead of pork.
