1. Preheat oven to 400f. in a bowl, stir stuffing mix with 1 cup water until moist. Let stand 2-3 minutes until water is absorbed. 2. pour both cans of vegetables and creamy turkey into an 8x8 baking dish. 3. spoon moistened stuffing topping evenly over filling. 4. bake for 20-25 minutes, until topping is golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Alternate preparation: 2-quart casserole: bake at 400f for 25-30 minutes. 11X7 glass baking dish: bake at 375f for 20-25 minutes. Double recipe: prepare 2 boxes together in a 13x9 baking dish. Follow standard preparation instructions, except stir in 2 cups water with stuffing mix; bake at 400f for 25-30 minutes. High altitude: for an 8x8 dish, follow preparation instructions above with a baking time of 25-30 minutes.
