Cooking Instructions: Internal temperature of this chicken needs to reach 185 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Make sure chicken is cooked thoroughly by checking temperature in several spots. Thawing: Store covered in refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight, or thaw in microwave on defrost setting. Conventional Oven (Preferred method. Appliances vary. Cooking times are approximate. For best results when breading or marinating frozen chicken, remove protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute): 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2.
