Cornstarch, Wheat Flour, Salt, Onion, Spices, Beef Flavor (hydrolyzed Corn Protein With Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed And Soybean Oil), Chicken Fat (preserved With Bha, Propyl Gallate), Sugar, Garlic, Yeast Extract, Paprika, Silicon Dioxide (to Prevent Caking), Citric Acid, Caramel Color, Parsley, Extractives Of Turmeric.

Oven baking bag & seasoning mix:
Time:
Prep time: 10 minutes.
Cooking time: 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 hours.
Stand time: 5 minutes.
You will need:
1 pkg. Sauer's roast turkey breast seasoning mix.
4-6 lb turkey breast.
1 cup water.
1/4 cup flour.
Important: allow 8 inches for bag to expand while cooking. Baking bag should not touch oven walls or racks.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine seasoning mix and flour. Gradually add 1 cup water and stir until smooth.
2. Place turkey breast into baking bag. Place baking bag into 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Pour seasoning mix over turkey and close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut four small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.
3. Bake in oven for approximately 22 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Cut open bag and remove turkey breast. Pour gravy into a dish and stir before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
