Recommended handling and preparation:
When you receive Dawn frozen products, place your cases immediately into a 0 degrees F (zero) or below freezer until ready to use.
Remove only the amount of product that will be used. Close the case and return the remaining product to the freezer immediately.
Pan frozen fruit sticks on paper lined baking pans spacing 1" apart.
Wash tops with fresh water wash and dip into coarse sugar. Fruit sticks can be baked frozen and finished after baking with powdered sugar or white icing.
For best results bake fruit sticks frozen.

Times and temperatures should be as follows:
Oven: Time (Minutes)/ Mini 7" fruit sticks. Conventional: Temperature - 380 degrees F to 400 degrees F. Rack: 375 degrees. Convection: 350 degrees.
Times and temperatures may vary due to shop conditions. Rotate pans halfway through bake for uniform color.
Freezer life: 9 months.
Shelf life: 1 day in service case, 3 days if packaged.
