The Ecce Panis DifferenceLatin for "behold the bread", Ecce Panis (pronounced etch-ay pan-nis) breads are made to be as distinctive as their name. Each loaf is hand crafted and baked on unique stones for a perfect golden crust.
A round loaf that adds a subtle tang to any meal. Our sourdough has a mild flavor so it's not too art. This loaf is topped with wheat farina to create a hearty, text crust.

Made From: Enriched Wheat Flour (flour, Thiamine Mononitrate [vitamin B1], Niacin, Riboflavin [vitamin B2], Reduced Iron, Folic Acid], Water, Whole Wheat Flour, Contains 2 Percent Or Less Of: Salt, Canola Oil, Malt Syrup, Enriched Wheat Farina (farina, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Monontrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Cultured Wheat Starch And Wheat Flour, Distilled Vinegar, Yeast, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Citric Acid, Malted Barley Flour, Rice Flour, Sesame Seed Meal.

Baking instruction• Preheat conventional oven to 375deg F.• Remove bread from packaging and place on an ungreased baking sheet.• Place baking sheet on rack in center of oven.• Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden brown.• Allow bread to cool at least 5 minutes and enjoy.All ovens vary, adjust back time as necessary.
Enjoy within 24 hours of purchase. Unbaked bread can be stored in a sealed bag in your freezer for later use. When ready to bake, preheat your oven to 400degF and bake for 30 minutes or until crust looks golden brown. Allow bread to cool for at least 10 minutes before enjoying.
