Ingredients
Pollock, Rice Flour, Soybean Oil, Water, Dried Egg Whites, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Each Of: the Following: Canola Oil, Carrageenan, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onions, Grill Flavor (Tapioca Dextrin, Grill Flavor [, from: Sunflower Oil], Potato Maltodextrin, Smoke Flavor), Lemon Juice Concentrate, Locust Bean Gum, Methylcellulose, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Sodium Phosphate, Spice, Yeast Extract.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high. Place frozen burgers on grill in a single layer. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, turn burger over and cook another 4 to 5 minutes. Turn burger over again and cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until burgers are 165F. Bake: Preheat oven to 425F. Place frozen burgers in a single layer in an over-safe dish and bake for 9 minutes. Turn burgers over, and bake another 9 to 10 minutes, or until burgers are 165F. Pan Sear: Preheat non-stick skillet to medium-high. Place frozen burgers on skillet in a single layer. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, turn burgers over and cook another 4 to 5 minutes. Turn burger over again and cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until burgers are 165F. Due to difference in appliances and quantity prepared, cooking time may vary and require adjustment. Do not overcook.
Keep frozen.
