Directions
You will need:
1 1/4 cup water.
1 cup milk.
4 tablespoons margarine or butter.
So easy-just stir all ingredients together!
1. Stir water, milk, margarine, sauce mix and uncooked pasta in 2-quart nonstick saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently.
No need to drain.
2. Reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered about 12 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender and sauce thickens. Remove from heat. Refrigerate leftovers.
Betty's tip: drained the pasta? No problem! Return the cooked pasta to the saucepan, and stir in 1/2 cup milk, 4 tablespoons margarine or butter and the sauce mix. Cook over high heat 1 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until sauce mix is completely dissolved and sauce thickens.
