Preparation:
Microwave is best: cut open the end of Gardein and sauce pouch. Empty contents into microwave safe bowl and stir Gardein and sauce together to evenly distribute sauce. Cover with microwave safe lid and cook for 1 1/2 - 2 mins on high heat (depending on microwave). Let stand for 1 min.
Saute: cut open the end of Gardein and sauce pouch, and empty contents into a non stick fry pan. Cook over medium heat for 2 1/2 - 3 mins stirring often to break apart Gardein.
Let stand for 1 min and serve.
Tip: do not overcook. Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165 degrees F.
Keep refrigerated.
