Corn, Red Bell Peppers, Water, Less than 2% of: Milled Whole Corn, Milled Whole Flaxseed, Natural Flavor, Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Chipotle Peppers, Salt.
Directions
Keep frozen. Cooking: Microwave cooking times vary with ovens - avoid over cooking. Cook to 165 degrees F for quality and food safety. Microwave: 1. Place package upright or face down in microwave oven. Do not puncture package. 2. Microwave on high power for 4.5 to 5.5 minutes. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate and may tip over. Special vents in the bag will allow the steam to escape while cooking. If steam does not escape and bag has not deflated, additional cooking may be necessary. Cook until heated thoroughly. 3. Allow the bag to stand for 1 minute before opening. Carefully handle bag at top corners. Tear or cut the top of the bag open. Pour contents out and mix well. Enjoy! Stove Top: 1. Place the frozen contents in a small amount (1/2 to 1 cup) of boiling water. 2. Bring the water rapidly to a second boil. Cover the pan and reduce heat. 3. Cook gently for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated thoroughly with desired texture. Avoid overcooking and mix gently.
