The internal temperature of this product needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Conventional Oven: 1. Place desired amount of frozen shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet. 2. Bake in a preheated 425 degrees F oven 6 minutes. 3. Turn shrimp over; continue baking 6 minutes (Appliances vary; adjust cooking time accordingly) or until golden brown. For extra crispiness, bake 1-2 minutes longer. Deep Fry: Caution: Ice crystals on frozen foods may cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully. 1. Prepare deep fryer according to manufacturer directions; heat oil to 350 degrees F. 2. Fill fryer basket half-full with frozen shrimp; carefully lower basket into oil. 3. Fry 2-1/2 - 3 minutes (Appliances vary; adjust cooking time accordingly) or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
