Baking Mix: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Dried Glucose Syrup, Salt, Cocoa Glaze: Hydrogenated Vegetable Palm Fat, Sugar, Low Fat Cocoa, Sunflower Lecithin, Flavors
Directions
For Six Dark Chocolate Lava Cakes: You Will Need: 2 eggs. Preparation: Preheat oven 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Convection oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C). Baking Time: 6 min. Baking Pan: regular cookie sheet. Grease paper baking cups with butter or cooking spray and place on cookie sheet. Heat water to boiling point in sauce pan or microwave. Put glaze-package into hot water for about 5 minutes, until the glaze is melted. Put base mix into a bowl, add 2 eggs and beat with an electric mixer (low-level) for approximately 1 minute, until creamy. Add molten cocoa-glaze and beat for another minute at low level. Fill cake batter evenly into the baking cups and bake as directed. Bake: Bake Lava Cake cups in preheated oven approx. 6 minutes on middle rack (baking times may vary depending on oven type and altitude). Finish: Remove mini bundt rakes from oven and let cool for about 10 minutes. Carefully turn baking cups over onto a plate (the chocolate inside is still liquid) and serve instantly. Tip: Are you expecting visitors? No problem. Just prepare dough a few hours earlier as directed. Fill the dough into the muffin paper cups and store them in your refrigeration. Bake as directed. Serve Chocolate Lava Cakes warm with vanilla ice cream and fresh berries or berry preserves of your choice.
