Ingredients
Injectable Marinade: Corn Syrup, Sugar, Water, Natural and Artificial Flavorings, Honey, Less than 0.1% Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate as Preservatives. Praline Topping: Sugar, Dextrose, Pecans and Spices.
Directions
Shake well. Refrigerate after opening. Preparation & instructions located on attached praline topping. Baking Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Use a 8-10 pound smoked bone-in ham. Pour marinade in measuring cup and warm for approximately 40 seconds in microwave. Inject marinade, using approximately 1-1/2 oz of marinade per pound of meat. Inject ham evenly throughout. After injecting with marinade, score top of ham (To score ham: using a sharp knife, make 1/4 inch deep slices across top of ham. Create a checkerboard pattern by cutting across these slices in the opposite directions, making cuts about 1-1/2 inches part) in checkerboard pattern. Cover and bake approximately 1 hour. Remove cover. Sprinkle and pat praline topping on top of ham, allowing some to sift into scored slits. Cook uncovered for another 30 minutes, basting once with ham drippings during the last 15 minutes of cooking. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing. Serves approximately 20-30, 3 oz servings (ham servings vary).
