Recommended Thawing Instructions: Place frozen shrimp in covered colander and thaw in the refrigerator overnight (approximately 10 hours). Refresh shrimp by lightly rinsing in cold water just prior to cooking. Quick Thawing Instructions: Rinse shrimp under cold running water for about 5 minutes or until thawed. Avoid rinsing with hot water. Important: Keep frozen. Do not thaw at room temperature. Do not refreeze.
