Company noodles - ingredients: 12 oz eggless noodle style pasta, cooked, rinsed and drained, 2 tbsp margarine, 1/2 cup frozen seasoning blend, 1 cup small curd cottage cheese, 1 cup sour cream, 2 eggs, 1 tsp dried parsley flakes, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1-1/2 tsp salt, directions: preheat oven to 350°f. Generously spray a 2 qt casserole (or ring mold) with cooking spray. Saute the seasoning blend in the margarine until tender. Gently add to the cooked noodles. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Fold in the noodle/seasoning mixture. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes, loosen edge with knife and unmold onto serving dish. Preparation instructions: stove top: 1. Bring water to a rapid boil using approximately 1 qt water for each 4 oz of dry egg noodles. Add salt if desired. 2. Add eggless noodle style pasta. 3. Return water to a rapid boil. Cook, uncovered, approximately 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently. 4. Drain. Rinse in cold water for salads and baked dishes. Rinse in hot water for pour-over sauces.
