Cooked Bas Mati Rice (water, Basmati Rice), Water, White Meat Chicken (chicken White Meat, Water, Potato Starch, Sea Salt), Heavy Cream, Tomato Paste, Unsalted Butter, Onion, Cornstarch, Organic Cane Sugar, Ginger Puree (ginger, Water), Sea Salt, Paprika, Spices, Olive Oil, Garlic Puree (garlic, Water), Chicken Base (chicken, Salt, Potato Flour, Natural Flavor, Carrot Powder, Turmeric), Cilantro, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder.
Directions
Cook thoroughly. Microwave (1000 watts): Remove tray from carton. Lift one corner of film to let steam escape. Microwave on high (100%) for 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 minutes. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Careful, tray is hot! Use caution when removing tray from microwave oven. Pull off film. Use caution when opening, hot steam. Serve and enjoy! Conventional: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Remove tray from carton. Lift one corner of film. Place tray on a cookie sheet and bake on the middle oven rack for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Careful, tray is hot! Use caution when removing tray from oven. Pull off film. Use caution when opening, hot steam. Serve and enjoy! Do not cook in toaster oven or conventional oven. Microwave ovens vary in power.
