Organic Long Grain Brown Rice, Organic Sweet Brown Rice, Organic Wild Rice, Organic Red Rice, Organic Black Rice.
Directions
Get Cooking: this rice is raw and must be cooked to unlock its deliciousness. 1. Using a fine mesh sieve, rinse 1 cup rice. 2. Under cold water for 1 minute and drain combine rice, 1 3/4 cups water or broth, and 1 tbsp. Butter or oil (optional, but very tasty) in a 2 qt. Saucepan and bring to a boil. 3. Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to maintain a low simmer and cookfor 45 minutes. 4 with lid on, remove from heat and let steam for 10 minutes. Fluff it up with afork and dig in. Serves 4-5. Tip if rice is too firm at the end of cooking, deal! Try adding 1-2 tbsp. Water and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Refrigeration recommended for extended shell life.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
