Keep frozen. Microwave (1000 W): Wrap breakfast sandwich in paper towel. Microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds on high. Remove paper towel and turn over. Add cheese slice and microwave another 25 seconds until sandwich is hot throughout (microwave times may vary). Let rest 1 minute and serve. Stovetop: Heat 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil in non stick fry pan over medium heat. Place frozen patties in pan and cook for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on each side, covered, until browned and hot throughout. In the last minute of cooking, top patties with cheese slices and melt slightly. Meanwhile toast English muffins. Place patties with cheese in muffins and serve. Conventional/Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Bake frozen patties on a non-stick baking sheet for 8-10 minutes until browned and hot through, flipping half way through cooking. Halfway through cooking, add English muffins to oven and toast until golden brown. In the last minute of cooking, add cheese slices to patties and melt slightly. Place patties with cheese in muffins and serve. Do not overcook. Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165 degrees F.
