Now with fresher ingredients. Hand made. Fully cooked. www.kowality.com. The Dudek Story: After arriving in America from Poland, Henry Dudek began his pursuit of the American dream and founded a wholesale company distributing various deli products. After settling in Hamtramck, Michigan, the business grew, and so did the Dudek family. Eventually, Henry's sons; Jerome, Walter, and Richard, joined the company and helped it grow. Henry and his three sons decided they would transition the business into a Polish specialty company, completing the transition in 1961. Leadership would pass on to the youngest son, Richard, and in 1972, Dudek Foods began producing all the favorite Dudek products available today. Richard's son, Mark, took over the family business in 1990 after working with this father for years. Dudek Foods continued the tradition of hand made quality products. In 2011, Dudek Foods merged with Kowalski Companies to form the largest pierogi manufacturer in Michigan. Together they continue to produce the best Polish foods in America. Michigan made.
