The Tradition of the Tortilla
Since Mayan times, fresh harvests have been rolled and wrapped in sun-dried corn tortillas. Here at Sweet Earth, we agreed not to mess with a good thing, but added our creativity to the tradition. We make our Borderless Enchiladas by unwrapping the tortilla and layering all that good stuff from inside, right up to the borders of the bowl. Layers and layers of robust chillies, black beans, cheddar & jack cheeses, roja, sauce and chipotle seitan, all make for a bold new tradition.

Cooking Instructions: Microwave Oven (for a 1200W microwave): Slit film to vent. Cook on High for 2 min 45 sec - 3 min 15 sec or until hot. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove film before enjoying! Conventional Oven (Do not place this bowl in the oven): Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish Cover with foil and place on the center rack. Cook for 40 minutes or until hot. Carefully remove the dish and let cool for 2 min. before enjoying! Ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Careful! Bowl can be hot after cooking! Heat before eating.
