Parboiled Brown Rice (water, Rice), Broccoli, Navy Beans (beans, Water), Lentils (lentils, Water), Edamame, Green Peas, Water, Palm Oil, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Spice, Xanthan Gum, Annatto Extract (color), Natural Flavor.
Directions
Microwave: Microwave Directions:
Do not open, pierce, or thaw bag before cooking.
1. Gently shake bag side to side to evenly distribute contents.
2. Place one frozen, unopened bag this side up in microwave.
3. Microwave on high for recommended cooking time.
700–800 watts cook for 6 minutes.
900–1000 watts cook for 5 minutes.
1100–1200 watts cook for 4-1/2 minutes.
Microwave ovens vary in power. Cooking times are approximate.
4. Let stand 1 minute. Caution bag will be hot.
5. Carefully remove bag from microwave.
6. Cut open package, pour, stir and enjoy! Simmer: Stove Top Directions:
Open package and pour frozen contents and 2/3 cup water into a saucepan. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add additional water if needed.
For Food Safety:
• Keep frozen until ready to cook.
• Do not refreeze.
• Heat to 165° before use.
• Refrigerate leftovers.
