For breakfast or any time. They’re not just crispy, they’re super crispy! Our potatoes are par-fried before freezing, which means they are already partially prepared and only need to be cooked before eating. Simply heat 4-6 tablespoons of vegetable oil in 12” nonstick skillet over medium heat, add half bag of hash browns to skillet and cook 10 minutes, turning potatoes halfway through cook time. Idaho Potatoes, Disodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate (to Promote Color Retention), Dextrose.

Cooking Directions: For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Read and follow these cooking directions. Stove Top Skillet: 1. Heat 14 cup cooking oil in 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. 2. Add half bag of potatoes to skillet. 3. Cook 5 minutes. Turn potatoes and cook additional 5 minutes to a light golden color. Griddle: 1. Heat 1/4 cup cooking oil on an electric griddle at 375 degrees F. 2. Add half bag of potatoes to griddle. 3. Cook 7 minutes. Turn and cover potatoes. Continue cooking 7 minutes or to a light golden color. Note: Frozen food may develop ice crystals causing hot oil to spotter. Please add potatoes carefully.
