Corn Masa (stone Ground Corn, Water, Lime), Pork, Red Chile Puree (water, Red Chile Pods), Lard (lard, Partially Hydrogenated Lard With Tocopherol And Bht To Protect Flavor), Salt, Corn Flour, Granulated Garlic, Baking Powder (sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Corn Starch, Calcium Sulfate, Monocalcium Phosphate).
Directions
Heating Instructions: Stove Top (Recommended)-6 Tamales: Remove frozen tamales from bag. Place in steamer. Cover. Steam high 25-35 minutes. Microwave -2 Tamales: Remove frozen tamales from bag. Wrap in damp paper towel. Microwave high 3-4 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Note: Microwave ovens vary. Heat times may require adjustment. Traditionally wrapped in corn husk or other vegetable parchment. Remove wrapper before serving product.
