Fry your turkey for approximately 3.5 minutes per pound. Remove and let cool for 15 to 20 minutes. Carve and serve your turkey. Fry turkey for approximately 3.5 minutes per pound until the temperature in the breast reaches 170 degrees and 180 degrees in the thigh. Oil inside the fryer will remain hot for hours after use so always be sure to keep children and pets away from the fryer.
