Seasoned Grilled Chicken Breast (chicken Breast, Water, Contains Less Than 2% Of: Sugar, Olive Oil, Salt, Dried Orange Pulp, Garlic And Onion Powder, Potato Starch, Black Pepper), Cooked Grain Blend (water, Brown Rice, White Rice, Red Rice, Amaranth), Tomato Chipotle Tinga Sauce (fire-roasted Tomatoes, Onions, Water, Garlic, Apple Cider Vinegar, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Ancho Chile, Tomato Paste, Contains Less Than 2% Of: Salt, Paprika, Cane Sugar, Chipotle Chile, Oregano), Onions, Red Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Cilantro.
Directions
Cook thoroughly. Cook only one at a time. Do not cook in conventional or toaster ovens. Step 1: Microwave on high 3 minutes. No need to vent film. Step 2: Stir and replace film. Step 3: Microwave an additional 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Step 4: Check that food is cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Careful, it's hot! Stir and enjoy! For food safety and quality. Keep frozen, do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens.
Serving Suggestions: Add hot sauce if desired.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
