Easy black bean guacamole:
In a large bowl combine 3 large diced avocados, 1/2 cup canned black beans (strained and rinsed), 4 tbsp sour cream, 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 small diced shallot, 2 tsp chopped cilantro, 1 tsp freshly chopped jalapeno, 2 tsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tsp fresh lime juice, salt to taste. Mix until well blended.
