Directions
You will need: 2 cups Bloomfield Farms pizza dough mix. 1 tsp. salt, 1 cup water, 1 tsp. + 1 Tbsp. preferred oil (olive, vegetable, canola, etc.). Thin Crust Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Lightly coat pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray. 3. Whisk together water and 1 tsp. oil. 4. Place Bloomfield Farms pizza dough mix in a separate bowl. 5. Slowly add liquid ingredients prepared in Step 3 to dry mix. Using your hands, gently knead to form a dough ball. 6. Dust prep surface with small amount of Bloomfield Farms Pizza Dough Mix. 7. Using a rolling pin, flatten dough ball between 1/8 to 1/4 inch thickness, depending on crust preference. 8. Place rolled dough onto pizza pan. Use wet finger tips to spread dough to edges of pan. Cut off excess dough. 9. Place in 450 degrees F oven for 13-18 minutes. 10. Remove from oven and let cool. After dough has cooled, spread 1 Tbsp. oil on crust, add desired toppings, and bake for an additional 12-18 minutes until toppings are done. You will need: 2 cups Bloomfield Farms Pizza Dough Mix 1/2 cup warm water, 1/2 Tbsp. sugar, 2-1/4 tsp. (1 pkg.) rapid rising or double acting yeast, 1 large egg (or egg substitute), 1/2 cup milk (or milk substitute) 1 tsp. salt, 2 Tbsp. preferred oil (olive, vegetable, canola, etc.) Thick Crust Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2 Lightly coat pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray. 3. In a non-metal mixing bowl, stir together water, yeast, and sugar. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, milk, salt, and oil. Gradually add Bloomfield Farms Pizza Dough Mix and stir. 5. Combine yeast mixture from Step 3 with ingredients prepared in Step 4. Using your hands, gently knead to form a dough ball. Cover and allow to rise for 20 minutes. 5. Dust a large surface with Bloomfield Farms Pizza Dough Mix. 6. Using a rolling pin, flatten dough ball to 1/4 inch thickness. 7. Place dough on pizza pan and use wet fingertips to spread the dough to the edges of the pan. 8. Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. 9. Remove from oven and let cool. After dough has cooled, spread 1 Tbsp. oil on crust, add desired toppings, and bake for an additional 12-18 minutes until toppings are done. Note: If dough breaks apart when transferring from prep surface to pizza pan don't worry! simply place pieces in pan and smooth together with wet finger tips. Do not consume raw.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
