Stove-Top Directions: Melt 1 tablespoon butter (Olive or vegetable oil can be substituted for the butter.) in 10-inch skillet or 5-quart Dutch oven over medium- high heat. Add vegetables. Cook uncovered 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Use vegetables as a starter to your favorite recipe, if desired. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers.
