lemon herb marinated grilled chicken - ingredients: 1/3 cup corn oil fc, 1/2 tsp salt fc, 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1/4 tsp pepper fc, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 4 (about 6 oz each) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 tsp dried oregano fc, 1 small onion, cut into wedges, preparation instructions: place oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl; Whisk to blend. Place chicken breasts and onion in a zip top plastic bag, add marinade and seal bag. Turn bag several times to coat chicken with marinade. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Position a grill rack or broiler pan to 4 to 5 inches from heat source. Lightly oil rack or pan and preheat grill or broiler to medium-high. Remove chicken from marinade; Discard marinade and onion.
