Ingredients

Cane Sugar, Water, Gochujang (corn Syrup, Water, Brown Rice, Red Pepper Powder, Sea Salt, Alcohol (to Preserve Freshness), Garlic, Soybean, Glutinous Brown Rice Flour, Fermented Soybean, Roasted Soybean Powder,onion), Apple Puree (apples, Ascorbic Acid), Soy Sauce (water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Gochugaru Chile Powder, Garlic, Salt, Apple Cider Vinegar, Miso Paste (water, Soybeans, Rice, Salt, Alcohol), Spice, Citric Acid, Extractives Of Paprika, Capsicum.

Directions

Spicy: Thinly slice pork loin or other cut of pork, chicken or beef in a mixing bowl, combine sliced meat/veggies with marinade (about 4-5 tsp of marinade for every 1 lb of meat or veggies). Cover the bowl and refrigerate, at least 30 minutes or up to 1 day. Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet and over medium high heat. Place meat/veggies in side – cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat and serve over rice, or in a lettuce wrap, with our premium sesame oil or another of our sauces which you can find.
