Keep frozen.
Cook thoroughly.
Cook and consume within 24 hours of thawing.
Overnight thawing:
Remove from packaging.
Place frozen fillet and plank in shallow pan or tray.
Cover with plastic wrap and thaw in refrigerator (at or below 38°F 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
Quick thawing:
Remove from packaging.
Place frozen fillet and plank in a sealed in a bowl of cold water for approximately 30 minutes.
Cook as desired.
Oven instructions:
Place plank with frozen fish on baking tray or aluminum foil in oven at 400°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until internal temperature 145°F.
Grilling instructions:
Place plank with thawed fish over medium heat for 30 to 35 minutes or until internal temperature 145°F. Keep a spray bottle of water available for any flare-ups.
