McCormick Seasoning Mix 2 lbs. beef stew meat 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables 1/2 cup water 2-1/2 cups prepared instant mashed potatoes or refrigerated mashed potatoes DIRECTIONS: 1. PLACE beef and vegetables in slow cooker. 2. MIX Seasoning Mix and water in bowl until blended. Pour over beef and vegetables; stir to coat. Cover. 3. COOK 7 hours on LOW or 3 hours on HIGH. Stir. 4. TOP evenly with mashed potatoes. Cover. Cook 1 hour longer on High or until potatoes are heated through.
