Peel away to paper to reveal adhesive side. Place on area of pain with adhesive side toward skin. Attach firmly. Be careful when applying to wrist, do not overlap heating section. For maximum effectiveness, you should wear the heat wrap for 8 hours. Do not use for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period. It may take up to 30 minutes for the wrap to reach maximum temperature.
