Saute sausage in skillet, stirring to keep meat crumbly, drain excess fat, leaving about 1 tablespoon. Add eggs, tomato and green onion. Scramble with sausage, just until eggs are set. Season to taste with salsa, salt and pepper. Warm tortillas according to package. Divide all ingredients evenly among the four tortillas; sprinkle with cheese, and fold burrito style. Serve immediately. Place 4 to 6 tortillas between two damp paper towels. Microwave 30 to 45 seconds or until heated through. Wrap in a cloth or a tortilla keeper until ready to serve. In skillet, cook beef and chili powder until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat, add salsa to skillet and heat through. Spoon about 1/4 cup mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce and cheese, and fold tortilla.
Heating Instructions: Tortillas may be heated on a skillet or electric griddle, on the grill, or in the microwave. For best results, heat tortillas on an ungreased skillet over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 seconds. Flip and heat for another 5 to 10 seconds.
