Directions
Fully cooked. Microwaveable. Keep frozen. Heating Instructions: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Heat 19 to 24 minutes or until heated through. Microwave Oven: Place frozen fillets on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave uncovered on 50% power for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through.
