Shake well. How to Use: Just like eggs, but easier. Shake, then open and pour. After opening carton, use the contents within 7 days. Keep Egg Mates Egg Whites in the coolest part of your refrigerator.
Microwave: Preparation Instructions: Microwave 1/2 C. uncovered, on high for 1 minute. Stir slightly and continue. Microwave-Scramble: Shake egg mates egg whites carton and pour 1/2 cup into microwave safe bowl. Mix veggies, ham, cheese or even chopped fruit if desired. Heat uncovered on high for 1 minute. Stir slightly and continue to microwave for 30-45 seconds. Season and serve.
Keep refrigerated. Keep refrigerated 33-40 degrees F. When kept refrigerated at 40 degrees F or less, this product has a shelf life as indicated on the package.
Use within 7 days after opening.
