Whilst sourcing ingredients for our line of Jackfruit products, we fell in love with the flavors with Thai cuisine. We're excited to share with you some of our favorite dishes from our time in Thailand. Upton's Real Meal Kits are all inspired by authentic recipes. We know you're busy, so we wanted to offer a fully composed meal that's easy to heat and eat. Inside, you'll only find real, whole ingredients. No extra preservatives, no freeze-dried vegetables. Curry: Water, Coconut Milk, Massaman Curry Paste (shallot, Galangal, Water, Lemon Grass, Sea Salt, Chili, Coriander, Garlic, Cumin, Tamarind Paste, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Coriander Seeds, Nutmeg, Cardamom, White Pepper, Cinnamon, Star Anise), Peanut, Roasted Tofu (soy Bean, Water, Salt), Potato, Carrot, Long Bean, Evaporated Cane Juice, Tamarind Paste, Sea Salt, Vinegar. Purple Rice: Water, Long Grain Rice, Riceberry, Rice Barn Oil, Sea Salt. Peanuts: Roasted Peanuts.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: Combine rice and sauce packets into a sauce pan over low-medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until warm, stirring occasionally. Transfer into a bowl, top with ground peanuts, and serve. Alternate: Combine rice and sauce packets into a microwave-safe bowl and stir. Microwave on high for 60 seconds or until warm. Top with ground peanuts and serve.
May be stored without refrigeration.

With an optional Instacart+ membership, you can get $0 delivery fee on every order over $35 and lower service fees too.
Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
