All You Need: 3-4 lb Eye Round, Chuck or Pump Roast; 4 cups Fresh Vegetable Pieces; 1/4 cup Water. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange opened Roasting Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan. Place Roast, trimmed of excess fat, and vegetables (such as potatoes, carrots and onions) into Bag. Vegetables may be omitted, if desired. 2. Mix Seasoning Blend with water. Pour over meat. Close Bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of Bag to allow steam to escape. 3. Bake in lower half of oven 1-1/2 - 2 hours. Let stand 5 min. Cut open Bag. Serve roast and vegetables with juice. Juice may be thickened for gravy. Makes 8 (3 oz) meat servings. Important: Allow 8 inches for Bag to expand while cooking. Roasting Bag should not touch oven walls or racks. For Smaller Roasts: Follow Step 1, using a 2-3 lb eye round, chuck or rump roast. Follow remaining directions. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hr and 15 min to 1 hr and 30 min.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
