Ingredients
Unbleached Wheat Flour, Non-fat Dry Milk, Whole Wheat Flour, Salt.
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1-1/4 cups water, 1 cup crepe mix and 1 tsp of vanilla extract (if desired) until well blended. Then add 2 tbsp melted and cooled butter. The batter should be thin. Preheat a skillet over Medium High heat and lightly coat with butter, being careful not to scorch the butter. Pour the batter onto the skillet, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion until the batter forms an 8-inch circle. Batter should just coat the bottom of the skillet. Cook approximately 1 minute on each side or until lightly brown. Crepes can be served immediately with a drizzle of maple syrup or wrapped and saved for later use with desired fillings. Refrigerate or store mix in a cool, dry place.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
